As the story progresses, a new player enters the scene - a powerful and cunning gangster named Ramakant (played by an actor with a strong screen presence like Naseeruddin Shah). Ramakant has a personal vendetta against Sultan and Shahid, and he begins to dismantle their empire, piece by piece.
